It has come to the attention of Chairperson of the MRA Tom Daly that due to the demolition of 29 Delmege Park by Smiths Demolition it is a disgrace the way that they have left a homeowners home in 30 Delmege Park Mr. O Carrol, there are no storm drainage points just bits of plastic gullys put under the downpipe also all of the cables which were previously tidy and in place are now left hanging down the from of the house and also at the back of the house the security fencing and walls were left in what can only be described as a danger. This can not be tollerated that these people can do demolition and leave these houses unfinished. There were also gaps left in the soffit board causing the house to be very very cold. Also the insulation was stopped 3/4 way up. Mr. Carrol said the house is now freezing and damp since they done this demolition especially upstairs. This was reported to Limerick City Council and The Regeneration by Mr. Daly himself. This is Disgraceful said Mr. Daly Chairperson of the MRA.
